After retiring, Ruth found herself having rich, thoughtful conversations with friends, colleagues, and new connections about what life after 60 really looks like—its challenges, possibilities, and unexpected joys. Wanting to continue learning, sharing, and connecting, she decided to turn those conversations into a podcast. Through Beyond 60: Unscripted, Ruth brings together a rotating group of guest co-hosts to explore real stories and lived experiences, with the hope of inspiring reflection, fostering connection, and building a community where people can learn from one another as they navigate this vibrant stage of life.

Ruth Williams-Brinkley a board director for corporate and not for profit companies. She is also the former president of Kaiser Permanente’s Mid Atlantic Region. During Ruth’s executive career, she achieved success in helping to position private and investor owned companies for profitability, sale/acquisition, along with a strong track record for achieving improved financial and operating outcomes in healthcare operations. Ruth’s passion is her love for working with people and developing strong, effective leaders and teams to achieve organizational success. She has carried this love of people into her post executive career as she continues to work as a mentor and executive coach. Ruth has two adult children and three grandchildren, and several “bonus” children and grandchildren
